Founded in 2025, CyberGlikNet was launched on June 2nd by two passionate cybersecurity visionaries, Rehu Talwar and Vijay Jaiswal. Core tool architecture and first 200+ OSINT modules were coded and tested.
Over 500 tools were developed and partially integrated by Rehu Talwar, with a goal to hit 1,000+ by launch. Backend systems and UI/UX were also set in motion.
CyberGlikNet is launching publicly with its first batch of tools – including essential OSINT, digital forensics, and conversion utilities.

"mmrehu, also known as Rehu Talwar, is a cybersecurity specialist and 1st Rank Holder in Advanced Diploma in Cybersecurity. pursuing a B.Tech (Hons.) in Cybersecurity & Blockchain from LPU, he is known for his advanced skills in Android malware development, reverse engineering, penetration testing, and social engineering. With expertise in building AI-powered Discord security bots and bypassing AV/EDR systems, he develops custom cybersecurity tools and automation frameworks. He has led several high-impact projects including LCMS-X, Project X, and EmailSpoof.xyz, and currently spearheads CyberGlikNet – an OSINT & cybercrime investigation suite. Passionate about deep tech, mmrehu contributes to corporate phishing kits, AI integration, and real-time security automation. Always open for collaborations and mentoring, he believes hacking is an art—not a YouTube copy-paste game. "
