If your payment is deducted but your subscription is not activated, we will process a full refund. You must provide valid proof of payment (transaction ID, receipt, or bank statement).
If a duplicate charge occurs, we will refund the excess amount.
Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 working days after verification and credited to the original payment method.

All subscription payments for access to our cybersecurity tools and services are non-refundable. Once the payment is processed, no refund will be issued for the subscription amount under any circumstances.
If a subscribed service is unavailable due to technical issues or maintenance, we will either extend the subscription period to compensate for the downtime or provide a partial refund for the specific period the service was unavailable.
You may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for the current subscription period, but your subscription will not auto-renew.
Payments for API calls or related services are non-refundable.
If there is an error causing invalid charges, we will review and issue a refund for erroneous or fraudulent API calls made by the system or incorrect data provided by CYBERGLIKNET.
No refunds will be provided for charges exceeding expected usage (e.g., due to overage or misconfiguration). Customers are responsible for monitoring usage and making adjustments.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₹10,000. You must have at least ₹10,000 in your account to initiate a withdrawal.
A 10% platform tax is deducted from the withdrawal amount. For example, a ₹10,000 withdrawal incurs a ₹1,000 tax, resulting in ₹9,000 received.
A minimum deposit of ₹500 is required to access API services and activate usage.
After depositing ₹500, your account will be credited, and you can begin using API services. You will be notified if additional funds are required.
In cases of service disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government actions), CYBERGLIKNET will review each case to determine refund or compensation eligibility.
No refunds are provided for free trial periods, as no charges are incurred.
